ClickTime Version 9.53 includes the following updates:
- Project Access Levels are now respected in Resource Management – ClickTime now gives admins the ability to decide that project managers should only have access to “their own projects” in RM. Project Managers will only see those projects in their Resource Management Grid and Dashboard.

ClickTime Version 9.28 includes the following updates:
- Timesheet Attestation – Timesheet attestation provides admins the ability to display their organization’s custom attestation clause to employees at timesheet submission. Timesheet attestation is exclusively available through the Web App. Timesheet attestation through the Mobile App will be available in an upcoming release.
- Resource Planning Data Export (csv) Filtering – We’ve added the ability to filter by Clients, Projects, and Divisions on the Resource Planning Data Export (csv).
- Timesheet Approvals Email Design – Timesheet notification emails (Submission, Rejection, and Approval) now have an updated design and more insightful information about the timesheet.
- Dashboard News – The dashboard news panel on the Company Dashboard has been updated with new content.
- Bug Fix – Fixed a navigation error. Clicking on Custom Fields from the Labels Page now correctly navigates to the Custom Field List View, rather than prompt to create a new Custom Field.

ClickTime Version 9.25 includes the following updates:
- Company Dashboard Improvements – We’ve updated the Company Dashboard alerts to exclude timesheets for dates prior to a company’s “lock date” (which cannot be submitted, rejected or approved). For example, these pre-lock-date timesheets will no longer be included in Company Dashboard alerts about timesheets waiting for your approval.
- Timesheet Review Updated – The Timesheet Review page will now default to only show timesheets for dates after your company’s lock date. When choosing to view timesheets prior to your company’s lock date, a lock icon appears to identify which of the timesheets displayed are for dates prior to your company lock date.
- Bug fix – Fixed an issue when attempting to duplicate a Client from the Client List view.
- Bug fix – You can now edit Pay Codes for custom overtime rules.
- Bug fix – Fixed incorrect error messaging when duplicating a Project.
- Bug fix – Fixed Sub Phase Association Count on the List View to only count unique parent associations.

The release of ClickTime 7.94 included several updates to our REST API, visual changes to the Company Dashboard page, and the addition of the Macau currency. Here’s what’s new in this release:
- REST API – Several upgrades were made to the backend of our REST API for future developments.
- Company Dashboard – Several stylistic changes were made to the Company Dashboard page.
- Currencies – Per request from a customer we’ve added the Macau currency to ClickTime.
- Sign Up – A new sign up page was created on www.clicktime.com.
- Bug Fix: Time Off History – We addressed a few small issues with the display on the Time Off History page.

ClickTime 7.73
The release of ClickTime version 7.73 includes improvements to Project Budgets and Single Sign-On (SSO). Here's what's new in this release:
- Detail Person – We made numerous enhancements to the new page for adding and editing people. We also fixed some issues when using the new page with IE9.
- Project Budgets (beta) – We made several improvements to the "Project Budgets" (beta). With Project Budgets you can track the progress worked towards your company's projects (billable and non-billable).
- Single Sign-On (SSO) – We enhanced support for additional SAML-based SSO solutions. You can learn more about using SSO with ClickTime.
- Performance Improvements – We made some back-end performance enhancements to session handling that will be gradually rolled out to all customers over the next few weeks.
- Bug fix: Timesheet Submission Emails – When submitting your timesheet for approval, comments to your timesheet approver will now retain their line breaks in the nicely formatted HTML email.
- Bug fix: Company Dashboard – Fixed an issue that could cause the "Projects to Watch" panel to disappear for managers with a particular set of permissions.
- Bug fix: Day View – Fixed an issue when overriding another person's timesheet that contained project-task combinations that were no longer allowed based on the current Project List Controls.
- Bug fix: Vertical Timesheet Report – Fixed issue in the new Vertical Timesheet report that caused very long project names to not be fully displayed.

ClickTime 7.48
We are happy to announce the release of ClickTime version 7.48 with an updated REST API and improvements to the company dashboard, single sign-on and reporting. Here's what's new in this release:
- REST API version 1.2 – We have a new version of our REST API with new and enhanced methods. This includes support for single sign-on authentication, time off and expense receipts. Version 1.2 of the REST API is accessible by all customers. If you're interested in building and integrating your own custom application with ClickTime, check out our web services documentation.
- Single Sign-On (SSO) Enhancements – Customers can now specify the particular sign-on provider to enable for their company (e.g. Google Apps, OneLogin, etc.).
- Single Sign-On (SSO) with Okta – Enterprise-level accounts can now sign in to ClickTime using SAML-based single sign-on (SSO) via Okta. Our new partnership with Okta gives ClickTime Enterprise users another option to easily integrate with Active Directory.
- Company Dashboard – Recent Timesheets – You can now drill-down into a Timesheet Review directly from the "Recent Timesheet Status" dashboard panel. Just click on the numbers of timesheets that are open, rejected or waiting for approval to get more information.
- New Report: Task Availability - Customers using Task List Controls may now download an Excel file showing which tasks are available for each active project. This report includes support for Excel Linking, enabling Enterprise customers to pull the data via XML directly into an existing Excel file or other third-party tools for easy custom reporting and integration.
- Bug fix: Locking Timesheets by a Manager - Fixed an issue that prevented a person's timesheet from being locked by a manager when the company is configured for timesheet approvals but the person was not yet configured to submit the timesheet for approval.
- Web Browsers – ClickTime continues to offer best-in-class browser support. We support the most recent versions of IE, Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Check out the ClickTime system requirements for updated information about supported versions of these web browsers.
We've released several updates this month including improvements to reporting, the employee detail page, and a new currency. Here's what's new this month:
- Recently Added People – Administrators will now see a list of recently added people at the top of the People List.
- Project Availability Report – The downloadable file is now compatible with all modern versions of Excel. We also added support for Excel Linking, enabling Enterprise customers to pull the data via XML directly into an existing Excel file or other third-party tools for easy custom reporting and integration.
- New Currency: Trinidad and Tobago Dollar – We added the Trinidad and Tobago Dollar (TTD) as a currency option. You can now enter your expense receipts in this currency. You may also select the Trinidad and Tobago Dollar as your company's primary currency via Company Preferences.
- Company Dashboard – Time Entry Completion Panel – When selecting people to be in the dashboard panel, you may now sort the list of people by the division column.
- Employee Detail Page Beta – We added support for audit logging and fixed various issues in the updated beta version.
- Bug fix: Timesheet Review – Viewing timesheets "waiting for your approval" now correctly shows all timesheets, regardless of the age of the timesheet. Previously only timesheets from the past 9 months were displayed.
- Bug fix: REST API – Fixed an issue when a particular parameter wasn't passed.
- Bug fix: Reporting – Fixed an issue that prevented some customers from being able to run reports on data prior to 2003.
- Bug fix: Client Billable vs. Non-Billable Report – Fixed a calculation issue with one column's grand total.
- Bug fix: Week View – Fixed an issue in some browsers that caused the "notes" icon to display incorrectly when viewing locked days.
- Bug fix: Add Person – Fixed an issue that caused the expected hours worked each week to be displayed incorrectly.
