ClickTime Version 10.09.0

ClickTime Version 10.09.0 includes the following updates:

Override Timesheets Page: The Override Timesheets page has been updated with a new design.

Report Studio: Creators of subscriptions can now add or remove recipients (including themselves) to keep the subscription up to date. Subscriptions can also be deleted by the creator, and recipients can unsubscribe to no longer receive the report.

The following issues were resolved:

  • Data appearing incorrectly
  • Adding a date custom field changes the time off hours values
  • Inclusion of attribute for ‘Time Entry Note’ or ‘Time Off Note’ results in data removal
  • Hover text not displaying on some report icons

Bug Fixes – The following issues were resolved:

  • The Create New Expense Sheet modal opens and immediately states that title is a required field
  • Some users saw time off from BambooHR was not being recognized, thus preventing timesheet submission

ClickTime Version 10.07.0

ClickTime Version 10.07.0 includes the following updates:

Report Studio: Users now have the ability to select a desired subscription delivery time for reports. Users can also see the time of day subscription will be sent in their subscription list. Various enhancements were made and bugs were resolved.

ClickTime Version 9.92

ClickTime Version 9.92 includes the following updates:

Company Dashboard Bug Fix: The BI&A Report Icons on the Company Dashboard were broken. This issue is now resolved.

Company Dashboard Bug Fix: There was an issue on the Company Dashboard where the Time Entry Completion panel was not excluding users correctly. This issue is now resolved.

Time Entry Bug Fix: There was an issue where totals were not calculating correctly on Day View. This issue is now resolved.

Expenses Bug Fix: There was an issue where users who do not approve expenses could see the “Only my approvers” filter. This issue is now resolved.

ClickTime Version 9.66

ClickTime Version 9.66 includes the following updates:

  • Resource Management Dashboard Filters: We are pleased to announce the release of Resource Management Dashboard Filters. Users can create filtered views of the Dashboard using existing filtering capabilities and interfaces, optimizing for speed and iterability.

  • Bug Fix – Task Summary Report: Users may have experienced issues loading the Task Summary Report. This issue is now resolved.
  • API Documentation: The model for the GET Allocations endpoint was corrected in our comprehensive documentation.

ClickTime Version 9.59 includes the following updates:

Expenses Module:

  • The CC Email Option has been added to the Submission window
  • Various bug fixes and enhancements

Bug Fixes:

  • Resource Management Grid: Issues with misaligned columns in the grid are resolved.
  • Time Entry Completion: Issues with not receiving email notifications and seeing results in the grid are resolved.
  • Customizable Data Export: Issues loading the CDE are resolved.

Company Export Reports:

  • The Leave Type and Employment Type Exports have been added under Company Reports (Miscellaneous section)
  • Updates have been made to the Job, People, and Resource Management Exports. These reports now utilize new ID structures and have additional columns.

ClickTime Version 9.50

ClickTime Version 9.50 includes the following updates:

  • Bug Fix – Clicking the name of a Person or Project while setting up Resource Management filters would remove previously selected items. This issue is now resolved.
  • Bug Fix – “Hours left to work” was displaying on time entry pages when “Show planned allocations in time entry pages” was disabled. This issue is now resolved.
  • Bug Fix – The User Security & Permissions Export now displays the correct values for Project-Limited Managers.

ClickTime Version 9.17

ClickTime Version 9.17 includes the following updates:

  • Accounting & Payroll Reports – We collected all of the relevant accounting and payroll exports together in the new “Accounting & Payroll” report section. This is accessible from the Reports menu under the Company tab.
  • Checkwriters Payroll Integration – We’ve added a Checkwriters Payroll Export report to the Accounting & Payroll section of the Reports menu under the Company tab.
  • TRAXPayroll Integration – We’ve added a TRAXPayroll Export report to the Accounting & Payroll section of the Reports menu under the Company tab.
  • Grant Allocation Report – The new Grant Allocation report for Nonprofit organizations is available in the People section of the Reports menu under the Company tab. The report provides insight to how people are allocating their time. It attributes time off to clients and projects in direct proportion to time worked.
  • Integrations – The “Integrations” page under the Company tab is updated to reflect the recent payroll integrations.
  • REST API – Clients – Added the IsEligibleTimeOffAllocation property to the following endpoints:
    • GET /Clients
    • GET /Clients/{clientID}
    • GET /Clients/new
    • POST /Clients
    • PATCH /Clients/{clientID}
  • REST API – Jobs – Added the TimeOffAllocation property to the following endpoints:
    • GET /Jobs

ClickTime Version 9.15

ClickTime Version 9.15 includes the following updates:

  • ADP Payroll Integration – We’ve added an ADP Payroll Export report to the Miscellaneous section of the Reports menu under the Company tab.
  • Performance Improvements – We made various back-end improvements to increase performance and capacity.
  • Performance Improvements & bug fix – We resolved an issue that prevented people who sign in with Single Sign-On (SSO) from properly utilizing our content delivery network (CDN) for faster loading of static content (images, etc.). Also, now the default behavior for all people signing in is to use the CDN to improve performance.
  • Security Improvements – Our browser cookies now have the “Secure” flag set so that modern web browsers know to only send cookie data when using secure (https) connections.
