ClickTime Version 9.79

ClickTime Version 9.79 includes the following updates:

SCIM Provisioning: There was an issue with SCIM where Division value would be removed during a specific workflow. This is now resolved.

Expenses: There was an issue with Expenses list view where the date no longer appeared on expense items. This is now resolved.

REST API: When updating the cost rate and billing rate via API, the Audit Log now records the person who took the action.

Company Holidays:

The stored holiday list in ClickTime was updated for 2026.

ClickTime Version 9.02

ClickTime Version 9.02 includes the following updates:

  • Time Entry Completion – Easily and quickly see who’s been logging hours on time and who’s lagging behind. Notify or override incomplete time entries with the push of a button. Access it from the Timesheets section under the Company tab or the “Full Report” link from the “Time Entry Completion” dashboard panel. This offers additional functionality compared to the legacy Incomplete Time Entry report.
  • BambooHR Integration – We now integrate with BambooHR in multiple ways. You can provision new users in ClickTime as you add them to BambooHR. We also support managing your time off with BambooHR and automatically importing that time off into ClickTime directly into people’s timesheets.
  • REST API v2 – Added the “SubjectToTimesheetCompletion” filter to the “GET /Users” endpoint.

ClickTime Version 8.95

ClickTime Version 8.95 includes the following updates:

  • Change Approver for Multiple People – Using new options from the “Actions” menu on the People list view under the Company tab, you can now change the timesheet, time off and expense approvers for multiple people at the same time. This makes necessary changes easier when people are on extended leave or transitioned into different roles.
  • We added a “Date Created” column to the Customizable Data Export report. This column shows the creation date for each time entry.
  • Bug fix – Resolved a couple of minor issues with the Expense endpoints in REST API v2.
  • Bug fix – Fixed issue that could result in Quick Week adding hours past a person’s end date.
  • Bug fix – Fixed issue with the “find and replace” time off that might cause an incorrect time off balance to be displayed.
  • Known issue – People using Internet Explorer (IE), which is no longer supported, cannot submit timesheets for approval from Week View. Attempting to do so will result in an error.

ClickTime Version 8.83.1

ClickTime Version 8.83.1 includes the following updates:

  • Updated the “find and delete abandoned stopwatches in bulk” feature as follows:
    • Allow the deletion of stopwatches associated with inactive people.
    • When requesting to delete multiple abandoned stopwatches, if a problem occurs with one deletion, we won’t halt the entire process. We will now continue attempting to delete the remaining stopwatches in the original request.
    • Bug fix – We addressed an issue that prevented the deletion of some abandoned stopwatches.

ClickTime Version 8.83

ClickTime Version 8.83 includes the following updates:

  • Find and delete abandoned stopwatches in bulk. ClickTime has released a new feature which allows Administrators to clear abandoned stopwatches; unblocking you from inactivating people, clients, projects, and tasks.
  • Bug fix – We addressed an issue with a specific version of Safari, in which sending notifications from the Incomplete Time Entry report caused the person’s session to end unexpectedly.

ClickTime 7.95

The release of ClickTime 7.95 included additional backend updates to our REST API, a certificate update for our QuickBooks Connector, and some updates to automated emails. Here’s what’s included in this release:

  1. REST API – More updates were made to the backend of our REST API for future developments
  2. QuickBooks Connector – The certificate for our Connector was updated
  3. Custom Fields – The character limit was increased to assist companies that utilize this function
  4. Project Insights – We updated the remaining hours field to display more accurately
  5. Time Entry – We updated the page so clicking into certain fields no longer resulted in a client-side error
  6. Bug Fix: Timesheet Reminder links – An update was made so that links sent to companies using European date formats worked as intended
