  • Sign-In – We’ve redesigned the ClickTime sign-in experience with a fresh, modern look and improved usability. The new design applies to all people, including those who sign in through single sign-on (SSO).
  • 2026 Mileage Reimbursement Rates – As of July 1, 2026, the standard U.S. mileage reimbursement rate has increased to 76 cents per mile. Please take a moment to update or confirm your mileage rates in ClickTime. Update your company’s mileage expense types accordingly from the Expense Types list.

  • People Dashboard – This new dashboard page gives administrators and managers a single place to view workforce metrics across people, divisions, projects, and tasks. It pairs high-level summary visualizations with a detailed data grid and drill-down detail panels for deeper investigation.
  • Project Health Panels – From the Project Performance view, you can open detail panels for any project, task, month, or contributor. Each panel shows summaries and the underlying breakdowns, so you can move from an at-a-glance health read to the granular detail behind it.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented customer logos from appearing on the sign-in page.

ClickTime Version 10.33.0

  • Labor Cost Budget Alerts – Project budget alerts now support non-billable projects with cost-based budgets. Teams can receive the same proactive budget notifications for monthly cost targets that are already available for billable projects with revenue-based budgets.
  • REST API: We improved error messages when issues occur during timesheet submission. When a timesheet can’t be submitted, you’ll now receive clearer, more detailed feedback explaining exactly what needs to be fixed.

ClickTime Version 10.32.0

  • REST API: Added details in the response to help explain why time entry POST and PATCH requests get rejected with a “DateLocked” error. Examples of why a request may get rejected are your company lock date, person start and end dates, and the status of a timesheet.
  • REST API: When two simultaneous requests to delete the same time entry occurs using DELETE /TimeEntries, we now properly return a success message for one request and a 404 response for the second request.
  • Project Approvals: Prevent the deactivation of a Project Manager for a project that has time waiting for approval. You’ll need to either approve/reject the time waiting for approval or reassign a new project manager in order to deactivate the person.
