ClickTime Version 9.86

ClickTime Version 9.86 includes the following updates:

Resource Management Editable Capacity View: Users can now make edits within Capacity View and can manage allocations for multiple months at a time. This empowers them to do longer term capacity planning, & basic resource forecasting.

Resource Management Grid: Color was added to certain elements to indicate items that are clickable.

Rate Card Report: There was an issue where the Rate Card Report was not showing the correct rate type for certain billing models. This issue is now resolved.

REST API: Requests that hit the 1.3 API will return an error, as this version is no longer available.

Timesheet Completion: There was an issue with Timesheet Completion where users in certain scenarios were prevented from submitting timesheets. This issue is now resolved.

ClickTime Version 9.85 includes the following updates:

Expenses: The inner scrollbar in the expense item list was malfunctioning. This issue is now resolved.

REST API: There was an issue with using a POST on Billing Rate unless the BillingRateType was Job. This issue is now resolved.

Billing Rates page: The Company Lock Date was missing from the warning on the Billing Rates page. This issue is now resolved.

ClickTime Version 9.83

ClickTime Version 9.83 includes the following updates:

Automated Notifications: We are please to announce the release of the Timesheet Completion Summary Email. Similar to time-entry reminder notification emails, managers will receive periodic emails that summarize the current Time Entry Completion view, allowing them to be aware of issues and to take action without having to remember to log into ClickTime.

REST API: Updates were made to ClickTime’s REST API to manage complex billing rates:

  • BillingRate can be returned on GET/Jobs if company uses User x Job or Task x Job billing models
  • PATCH/Jobs/{jobID} can be used if company users User x Job or Task x Job billing models
  • PATCH can be used on /Users if rate model is “Task x User”

Billing & Payment: The default behavior was updated to show the current year of invoices and to allow PDF downloads of invoices with the original file names. Bugs were also resolved.

REST API: Several properties were added to the GET /Company endpoint.

ClickTime Version 9.79 includes the following updates:

SCIM Provisioning: There was an issue with SCIM where Division value would be removed during a specific workflow. This is now resolved.

Expenses: There was an issue with Expenses list view where the date no longer appeared on expense items. This is now resolved.

REST API: When updating the cost rate and billing rate via API, the Audit Log now records the person who took the action.

Company Holidays:

The stored holiday list in ClickTime was updated for 2026.

ClickTime Version 9.73

ClickTime Version 9.73 includes the following updates:

Resource Management Dashboard Update: When a user has set any people or project filters on the RM dashboard or grid, there will be an indication in the sub-header which indicates how many people and projects are currently being viewed against their corresponding totals for their account.

Expenses Bug Fixes:

  • There was an issue with using the Tab key on the “Mark as Paid” window for the Check number field. This issue is resolved.
  • There was an issue with deleting an expense sheet associated with inactive users. This issue is now resolved.

Expenses Improvements:

  • The Save and Add Next button and functionality is now extended to Expense Approvals.
  • All dropdown values are now grouped together

MyTEC Bug Fixes:

  • There was an issue with number rounding and managers receiving a 500 error in MyTEC. These issues are now resolved.

REST API Updates:

  • The /Tasks/{taskID}/Jobs endpoints were made public.
  • The AlternativeTimeOffTypes and AlternativeTimeOff endpoint groupings were made public.
