ClickTime Version 9.83 includes the following updates:
Automated Notifications: We are please to announce the release of the Timesheet Completion Summary Email. Similar to time-entry reminder notification emails, managers will receive periodic emails that summarize the current Time Entry Completion view, allowing them to be aware of issues and to take action without having to remember to log into ClickTime.
REST API: Updates were made to ClickTime’s REST API to manage complex billing rates:
- BillingRate can be returned on GET/Jobs if company uses User x Job or Task x Job billing models
- PATCH/Jobs/{jobID} can be used if company users User x Job or Task x Job billing models
- PATCH can be used on /Users if rate model is “Task x User”
