ClickTime Version 10.20.0

ClickTime Version 10.20.0 includes the following updates:

Approvals Dashboard:

The following fixes and improvements have been made to the Approvals Dashboard:

  • Within the Time Off detail modal, users can now see a current balance for the person who submitted, in order to assist approvers in decision making.
  • Line breaks were not respected when viewing notes on timesheet and job approval detail modal. This issue is now resolved.
  • Long strings of texts were not formatted correctly in the notes modal. This issue is now resolved.
  • Clicking the dashboard image in the company setup was taking users to the legacy dashboard. This issue is resolved and users are now directed to the Approval Dashboard.
  • If a timesheet was resubmitted with a new note, the original note was displaying. This issue is now resolved.

REST API:

The following issues with the REST API have been resolved:

  • The “JobNumber” property is now returned properly as part of the basic Job object when calling GET /TimeEntries?verbose and GET /Me/TimeEntries?verbose
  • Null “Number” property appearing in the response for GET /Jobs and GET Me/Jobs. The incorrect property has been removed.


Automated Notifications:

There was an issue with users receiving automated notifications. This issue is now resolved.

Approvals Dashboard

The following improvements have been made:

  • Project name has been added to the Expenses Detail Modal
  • Notes have been added to the Project Approvals Detail modal
  • Approver Name has been added to the Expenses and Time Off Details
  • Comments have been added to the Project Approvals tab
  • Notification bubbles will be greyed out when they reach 0
  • The Dashboard setup link directs to the new Approvals Dashboard

The following issues have been resolved:

  • Incorrect incompleteness icons displayed
  • Dates of notes conflicting with dates on timesheet’Dates of notes conflicting with dates on timesheet

Bug Fixes:

The following issues have been resolved:

  • The Quickbooks Desktop Connector downloadable files were not available
  • Automated notifications were sent to users who were not set up to receive them.

ClickTime Version 10.18.0 includes the following updates:

Approval Dashboard:

  • Banner text was updated to reflect the name “Approvals Dashboard”
  • The Help Link for the page was updated

The following issues were resolved:

  • Time Off and not loading for certain users
  • “Waiting for your Approval” message shows to admin that does not approve locked links
  • Clearing Job Approvals filter does not reset it
  • Filters not recognizing when moving from one to all
  • Wrong approver appearing in timesheet details modal
  • Project Approvals tab not loading

Time Entry:

The following issues were resolved:

  • Using a stopwatch causes an expired stopwatch notification
  • Unexpected error occurs when adding a time entry
  • Last viewed time entry page not setting as default when logging in

Expenses:

When creating a new expense sheet, the modal opens with a validation error. This issue is now resolved.

Bug Fixes – The following issues have been resolved:

  • Exported table data in Report Studio was cut off at 1 page
  • Scheduled reports in Report Studio were not sending if filter returns 0 data
  • The Payroll Review Report was not including Leave Type time
  • The Running & Unsaved Stopwatches report was navigating to the incorrect timesheet view
  • Time off approvers using the mobile app were not receiving submission notification emails for any leave type that requires approval.

ClickTime Version 10.12.0 includes the following updates:

Report Studio: An issue with Subscription and Excel exports not working as expected was resolved.

Time Entry: The following bug fixes and improvements were made to our time entry pages:

  • Auto Fill deletion warning said “week” when using Day View
  • Autofill Deletion warning could not be dismissed on Day View and Week View
  • Admin receives “Unexpected Error” and cannot remove (approval required) PTO from employee’s timesheet
  • Deleting the hours on Week View with autofill clears the row
  • Quick Week was not carrying Time Off forward into new periods

REST API: The following issues were resolved:

  • IsActive=false was returned for PaymentType and ExpenseType in GET /expenseItems/new?verbose response
  • Leading and trailing white spaces are not trimmed on POST /ExpenseTypes
  • Documentation for POST /Timesheets/{id}/Actions and /Timesheet/Actions was updated to clarify the limited set of actions managers with “Override Timesheets” permissions can perform.

ClickTime Version 10.11.0

ClickTime Version 10.11.0 includes the following updates:

Report Studio:

Privileged Standard User: This feature allows standard users to receive subscriptions in Report Studio, without changes to their permissions in ClickTime.

Subscriptions: Users can create a new subscription to a report via the export menus in report detail, the More Info link on the report card from the main page, and the export icon on the report card itself.

The following issues were resolved:

  • Error received when editing an Excel subscription to be PDF
  • Managers unable to be given “Receive Report Studio Reports” permission

The following issues were resolved:

  • Users can now delete the expired portions of stopwatches on Day View.
  • Email Notifications from Time Entry Completion showed incorrect text in sender field
  • Time and timezone reverting back to 1am PST after making a change
  • The messaging on the sign in page for blank passwords was updated.
