ClickTime Version 10.19.0

ClickTime Version 10.19.0 includes the following updates:

Approvals Dashboard

The following improvements have been made:

  • Project name has been added to the Expenses Detail Modal
  • Notes have been added to the Project Approvals Detail modal
  • Approver Name has been added to the Expenses and Time Off Details
  • Comments have been added to the Project Approvals tab
  • Notification bubbles will be greyed out when they reach 0
  • The Dashboard setup link directs to the new Approvals Dashboard

The following issues have been resolved:

  • Incorrect incompleteness icons displayed
  • Dates of notes conflicting with dates on timesheet’Dates of notes conflicting with dates on timesheet

Bug Fixes:

The following issues have been resolved:

  • The Quickbooks Desktop Connector downloadable files were not available
  • Automated notifications were sent to users who were not set up to receive them.

ClickTime Version 10.08.0 includes the following updates:

Time Entry: The following issues have been resolved:

  • Users being auto-navigated to (yesterday’s) date instead of current date when logging in
  • Day and Week View pages not loading for certain users due to bad timer data

Automated Notifications: Some automated notifications failed to send after Daylight savings. This issue is now resolved.

Bug Fixes: The following issues were resolved:

  • Audit Log not capturing changes made to a user’s email address
  • Resource Management Grid tabs not opening Dashboard
  • 500 error when clicking the “Full Report” button on the Billable Hours Company Dashboard panel

ClickTime Version 9.62

ClickTime Version 9.62 includes the following updates:

Resource Management Enhancement: The Resource Management Grid now displays $0 allocations. This matches what is seen in our API and Reports.

Expenses Module Bug Fixes:

  • Mobile-uploaded receipts were not displaying correctly in the web browser version of ClickTime. This issue is now resolved.
  • When clicking the link in the Paid Expense Sheet Notification Email, users will be directed to the My Expenses page with the specific expense sheet expanded.

ClickTime Version 9.28

ClickTime Version 9.28 includes the following updates:

  • Timesheet Attestation – Timesheet attestation provides admins the ability to display their organization’s custom attestation clause to employees at timesheet submission. Timesheet attestation is exclusively available through the Web App. Timesheet attestation through the Mobile App will be available in an upcoming release.
  • Resource Planning Data Export (csv) Filtering – We’ve added the ability to filter by Clients, Projects, and Divisions on the Resource Planning Data Export (csv).
  • Timesheet Approvals Email Design – Timesheet notification emails (Submission, Rejection, and Approval) now have an updated design and more insightful information about the timesheet.
  • Dashboard News – The dashboard news panel on the Company Dashboard has been updated with new content.
  • Bug Fix – Fixed a navigation error. Clicking on Custom Fields from the Labels Page now correctly navigates to the Custom Field List View, rather than prompt to create a new Custom Field.

ClickTime Version 9.11

ClickTime Version 9.11 includes the following updates:

  • Improved Notification Emails – We updated the appearance and now include additional helpful information in several emails including approved expense sheet, rejected expense sheet, time off request and rejected time off request notifications.
  • Audit Log – When exporting audit log data, it will now get split into separate files by date as follows: 2017 and older, 2018 through 2020, and 2021 and newer.
  • Bug fix – Fixed issue in which email “deep links” wouldn’t take the person to the correct page after authenticating using single sign-on (SSO).

ClickTime 7.57

The release of ClickTime version 7.57 includes new currencies and visual improvements. Here's what's new in this release:

  1. Navigation Design – We refined the look-and-feel of the navigation bar and page footer across the site.
  2. New Currencies – We added the following currencies:
    • Angolan Kwanza
    • Malawian Kwacha
    • Sri Lankan Rupee
    • Tanzanian Shilling

    You can now enter your expense receipts in these currencies. You may also select any of these currencies as your company's primary currency via Company Preferences.

  3. Bug fix: Expense Export (beta) – We fixed the search functionality and issues with the person-division-role filter.
  4. Bug fix: Reporting – We fixed some date formatting issues with a few reports.
  5. Bug fix: Notifications – We fixed a link in approval emails that only worked for managers and administrators. We also fixed an issue that caused certain emails to appear to be sent from a personal email address rather than the ClickTime System.
  6. Bug fix: Resource Planning Shared Filters – Fixed various issues that occurred for some people while using the Shared Filters feature in Resource Planning.

ClickTime 7.53

The release of ClickTime version 7.53 includes improvements to Automated Notifications and DCAA compliance. Here's what's new in this release:

  1. DCAA – We now allow companies who enable DCAA compliance to enter zero-hour timesheet entries in the past. We also no longer require the person to enter a comment when adding time off entries for a date in the future.
  2. Account Number – You can now retrieve your company's account number by clicking on your name in the upper right corner after signing in to ClickTime.
  3. Bug fix: Automated Notifications – Timesheet approvers will get emailed reminders at the appropriate time about timesheets waiting for approval.
  4. Bug fix: Resource Planning – Fixed an issue that could cause inactive people to be shown.
  5. Bug fix: People List Search – Fixed an issue when searching the list of employees.
  6. Bug fix: Print Expense Sheet – The "Print Expense Sheet" button will work properly again.
