ClickTime Version 9.92 includes the following updates:

Company Dashboard Bug Fix: The BI&A Report Icons on the Company Dashboard were broken. This issue is now resolved.

Company Dashboard Bug Fix: There was an issue on the Company Dashboard where the Time Entry Completion panel was not excluding users correctly. This issue is now resolved.

Time Entry Bug Fix: There was an issue where totals were not calculating correctly on Day View. This issue is now resolved.

Expenses Bug Fix: There was an issue where users who do not approve expenses could see the “Only my approvers” filter. This issue is now resolved.

ClickTime Version 9.82

ClickTime Version 9.82 includes the following updates:

Company Dashboard: There was a bug with downloading dashboard reports as an image. Therefore, the button to do so has been removed.

Export Reports: The “Export People List” report has been updated to include Billing Rate with additional billing rate models. The Job Availability export report was updated to add “email address” as an exported column.

ClickTime Version 9.80

ClickTime Version 9.80 includes the following updates:

Billing & Payment: The Billing & Payment page can be accessed via Company Preferences. This page includes design enhancements and the ability to review past invoices and corresponding payments

Automated Notifications Bug Fix: There was an issue where companies without timesheet approvals could not edit the message. This is now resolved.

Report Bug Fix: There was an issue with using the picker for the Project, Task & Person Summary with Comments report for certain users. This issue is now resolved.

Historical Billing Rates: There was an issue where Historical Billing Rate Updates were not respecting the date parameter set within the update. This is now resolved.

Rate Card Report: The Rate Card Report now includes additional columns.

Bug Fixes:

  • REST API: There was an issue where POST/Clients returned incorrect property reference when the requested name was not unique. This issue is now resolved.
  • Legacy Report Builder: There was an issue where .CSV exports from Legacy Report Builder were exporting .ASPX files instead of .CSV format. This issue is now resolved.

ClickTime Version 9.50

ClickTime Version 9.50 includes the following updates:

  • Bug Fix – Clicking the name of a Person or Project while setting up Resource Management filters would remove previously selected items. This issue is now resolved.
  • Bug Fix – “Hours left to work” was displaying on time entry pages when “Show planned allocations in time entry pages” was disabled. This issue is now resolved.
  • Bug Fix – The User Security & Permissions Export now displays the correct values for Project-Limited Managers.

ClickTime Version 9.41

ClickTime Version 9.41 includes the following updates:

  • Timesheet Status & History Export  – This new report shows a detailed summary of timesheet status changes and associated information to improve organizational timeliness and compliance. It is available for companies with the Timesheet Approvals.
  • User Security & Permissions Export  – This new admin-level export of user security levels & permissions improves internal controls and visibility. This report is available to all companies with the Audit Trail module.
  • Bug Fix – The Excel export from the Customizable Data Export now properly formats Time Entry Comments that include tabs.

ClickTime Version 9.34

ClickTime Version 9.34 includes the following updates:

  • Billing Goals and Capacity by Month Report – This new report is useful for determining people who are not meeting their billing goals month-over month. It shows performance towards a billing goal with information about working capacity and time off. This report is available to all accounts with Resource Planning.
  • QuickBooks Integration – We’ve updated the QuickBooks Connector and system requirements to reflect that QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2022 and QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 2022 are supported. To get the update, you’ll need to uninstall the current version of the QuickBooks Connector and download and install the latest version from the Integrations option under the Company tab.

ClickTime Version 9.31

ClickTime Version 9.31 includes the following updates:

  • Grant Allocation Report Flat File – This is a flat, workbook compatible version of the Grant Allocation (Excel) report. The Grant Allocation Report calculates the % of each employee’s time spent across clients & projects, and attributes time off in direct proportion to time worked.
  • 2024 Company Holiday Lists – We’ve added preset Company Holiday lists for 2024.
  • Juneteenth added to US Bank Holidays – We’ve added Juneteenth to the US Bank Company Holiday lists for 2022-2024.
  • Bug Fix – Increased the Project drop-down selector width on Expense Entry
  • Bug Fix – We resolved a display issue related to the leave type balance shown on the  person detail leave type page, the “Time Off and Accrual Detail (Excel)” report on the Company tab, and the “Time Off and Accrual Detail” report on Personal tab. This issue caused an incorrect balance to appear, only when a person had multiple time off events on the same date for the same leave type.

ClickTime Version 9.30

ClickTime Version 9.30 includes the following updates:

  • Company Preference Interface Redesign – We’ve refreshed the interface and updated ClickTime branding in the Company Preferences page. The placement of many options has changed, but this visual refresh does not affect current company settings.
  • Deprecation of the Incomplete Time Entry Report (Legacy)  – The Incomplete Time Entry Report (Legacy) has been deprecated. To continue monitoring timesheet completeness, please use the Time Entry Completion dashboard on the Company Timesheets tab.

ClickTime Version 9.29

ClickTime Version 9.29 includes the following updates:

  • Time Entry Enforcement of Project Date Parameters – Project managers can now define a “working period” during which people can enter time by using Project Start and End dates. Time entries now cannot be added or edited on timesheet dates outside of a project’s date parameters. Admins are able to pierce date parameter restrictions using Bulk Changes in the Advanced tab.
  • Improvements to Onboarding Experience for Non-Profits – We’ve improved the default account configuration in the demo period for Non-Profit companies.
  • Incomplete Time Entry Report Notification of Future Deprecation– The Incomplete Time Entry Report (Legacy) will be deprecated on November 16, 2021. To continue monitoring timesheet completeness, please use the Time Entry Completion dashboard on the Company Timesheets tab.
  • Bug Fix – Fixed the Grant Allocation Report to display data when the company has no active leave types.
