ClickTime Version 10.29.0

  • Day View Timesheet Submission is now available. Users can submit, unsubmit, and track approval status directly from the Day View.
  • Labor Cost Budgets in Resource Management – Labor cost budget data is now surfaced within the Resource Management grid, giving users visibility into budget consumption alongside allocation.
  • Expanded Access Controls in Resource Management – Resource Management access is no longer tied to the Billing Rates permission, enabling more flexible permission configurations.
  • Fixed an issue where administrators were unable to access invoices.

ClickTime Version 10.27.0

  • Resource Management now supports custom field filtering. Administrators can mark project and person custom fields as “Filterable in Resource Management.” Planners can then filter the RM grid in real time using those fields, and selections persist across sessions.
  • Time Entry Activity is now available. This view provides a heat map visualization that allows managers to track trends and gaps in time entry behavior – including creates, edits, and deletes – across any date range. Access it via the Time Entry Completion grid.
  • Fixed an issue where automated notifications were not being delivered correctly.

Time Entry: The following issues have been resolved:

  • Users being auto-navigated to (yesterday’s) date instead of current date when logging in
  • Day and Week View pages not loading for certain users due to bad timer data

Automated Notifications: Some automated notifications failed to send after Daylight savings. This issue is now resolved.

Bug Fixes: The following issues were resolved:

  • Audit Log not capturing changes made to a user’s email address
  • Resource Management Grid tabs not opening Dashboard
  • 500 error when clicking the “Full Report” button on the Billable Hours Company Dashboard panel

ClickTime Version 9.91

ClickTime Version 9.91 includes the following updates:

Expenses: Users can submit and unsubmit single expense sheets and change expense sheet status from the action menu. Enabling the “Only my approvals” toggle shows the corresponding expense sheets. The filter drawer was redesigned.

Resource Management: The option for budget alerts was clarified in the popup modal. Alerts are sent directly via email.

Bug Fix: There was a bug where managers may see a spinning loading screen when accessing time off balances. This issue was resolved. A manager who approves time off but does not have View People permission can now see balances on Time Off Detail.

Time Entry Completion: Navigation behavior between dates on the TEC Grid was improved. There is now an indicator to show that filters are active and how many.

Various enhancements and styling updates were made across the ClickTime Web App.

ClickTime Version 9.86

ClickTime Version 9.86 includes the following updates:

Resource Management Editable Capacity View: Users can now make edits within Capacity View and can manage allocations for multiple months at a time. This empowers them to do longer term capacity planning, & basic resource forecasting.

Resource Management Grid: Color was added to certain elements to indicate items that are clickable.

Rate Card Report: There was an issue where the Rate Card Report was not showing the correct rate type for certain billing models. This issue is now resolved.

REST API: Requests that hit the 1.3 API will return an error, as this version is no longer available.

Timesheet Completion: There was an issue with Timesheet Completion where users in certain scenarios were prevented from submitting timesheets. This issue is now resolved.

ClickTime Version 9.73

ClickTime Version 9.73 includes the following updates:

Resource Management Dashboard Update: When a user has set any people or project filters on the RM dashboard or grid, there will be an indication in the sub-header which indicates how many people and projects are currently being viewed against their corresponding totals for their account.

Expenses Bug Fixes:

  • There was an issue with using the Tab key on the “Mark as Paid” window for the Check number field. This issue is resolved.
  • There was an issue with deleting an expense sheet associated with inactive users. This issue is now resolved.

Expenses Improvements:

  • The Save and Add Next button and functionality is now extended to Expense Approvals.
  • All dropdown values are now grouped together

  • There was an issue with number rounding and managers receiving a 500 error in MyTEC. These issues are now resolved.

REST API Updates:

  • The /Tasks/{taskID}/Jobs endpoints were made public.
  • The AlternativeTimeOffTypes and AlternativeTimeOff endpoint groupings were made public.

ClickTime Version 9.71

ClickTime Version 9.71 includes the following updates:

Resource Management Capacity View: We are pleased to announce the release of Resource Management Capacity View. This feature enables people leadership to make faster, easier, and better resource management and staffing decisions.

Capacity View can be accessed by all managers and administrators who can use Resource Management.  Project managers who can only access their own projects can see all people, but they can only see allocations for their own projects.

Resource Management Bug Fixes:

  • The date picker in Resource Management was not navigating to the correct date when selecting a month in the past. This issue is resolved.
  • Previous search results on the Resource Management Filter Pop were still displaying after clearing filters. This issue is resolved.
  • The Resource Management Spreadsheet Export was previously not respecting filter settings. This issue is resolved.

Expenses Bug Fix:

  • The timezone of submitted expenses was displaying in Pacific time, rather than the user’s local timezone. This issue is resolved.
