ClickTime Version 9.11

ClickTime Version 9.11 includes the following updates:

Improved Notification Emails – We updated the appearance and now include additional helpful information in several emails including approved expense sheet, rejected expense sheet, time off request and rejected time off request notifications.
Audit Log – When exporting audit log data, it will now get split into separate files by date as follows: 2017 and older, 2018 through 2020, and 2021 and newer.
Bug fix – Fixed issue in which email “deep links” wouldn’t take the person to the correct page after authenticating using single sign-on (SSO).

ClickTime Version 8.99 includes the following updates:

REST API v2 – Added the “SubjectToTimesheetCompletion” property to the /Me endpoint.
Bug fix – Fixed an issue with the /Reports/TimeSummary/Weekly REST API v2 endpoint for people with middle-of-the-week start dates that could result in overlapping time periods getting returned.
Bug fix – Fixed an issue with the REST API v2 in which a company with DCAA compliance enabled might be able to perform timesheet approval actions without entering an explanatory comment.
Bug fix – Fixed an issue with Azure SSO when a person’s name included an accented character.
Bug fix – Fixed an issue that showed an unnecessary warning message to some people when attempting to disable audit logging.

ClickTime Version 8.98 includes the following updates:

REST API v2 – Our comprehensive documentation now includes the sort order used by each endpoint.
Audit logging cannot be separately disabled when DCAA compliance is enabled.
Bug fix – Clicking on links in some emails resulted in errors for some people. This is now fixed.

With ClickTime version 6.97, we added the ability to define custom fields with a required value and other performance enhancements as follows:

Custom Fields with Required Values – You can now define custom fields to require a value when creating or editing people, clients, projects and tasks.

Audit Log Performance – We improved performance for generating audit log reports of timesheets, people, clients, projects and tasks.

Web Browser Compatibility – We continue to support the most current versions of the most popular web browsers. This includes the recently released Chrome 18.x. Check out the ClickTime system requirements for more information about supported browsers.

New features in ClickTime 3.7 include:

Audit Log – ClickTime now offers the ability to record an audit log of changes to your account. This includes adding, editing and deleting time entries, expenses, jobs, tasks, clients and people.
This is an optional module that can be added to your account.
Desktop Application – 2.0 beta – ClickTime’s new desktop version includes a timer, start and end times, and other advanced features. You can request to beta test this by logging in and going to the Download tab.
Revised Expense Export Report – The expense export now includes the description field associated with each expense.
New Expense Review Selection Options – You can now easily select one person’s or an entire division of people’s expense sheets to review.
Comments Popup Window – The comments window is improved for people with multiple monitors.
