ClickTime Version 10.08.0 includes the following updates:

Time Entry: The following issues have been resolved:

  • Users being auto-navigated to (yesterday’s) date instead of current date when logging in
  • Day and Week View pages not loading for certain users due to bad timer data

Automated Notifications: Some automated notifications failed to send after Daylight savings. This issue is now resolved.

Bug Fixes: The following issues were resolved:

  • Audit Log not capturing changes made to a user’s email address
  • Resource Management Grid tabs not opening Dashboard
  • 500 error when clicking the “Full Report” button on the Billable Hours Company Dashboard panel

REST API: The following REST API issues were resolved:

  • POST a mileage expense type without rate value
  • 500 error appearing on Reports/ManagedTimesheets if sorting by end date
  • ExpectedWork endpoint ignoring UserID in URL

Time Entry: There was an issue on Day View where searching for a ‘+’ would log the user out. This issue is now resolved.

ClickTime Version 10.03.0

ClickTime Version 10.03.0 includes the following updates:

Expense & Payment Types: The Expense Types and Payment Types pages have been redesigned and improved.

Timesheet Override: All users with correct permissions will now see the newly designed Override page. Managers without override permissions or with limited override permissions will see the new Timesheet Override page in a read-only state.

Time Entry: Improvements have been made to the Time Entry pages so that they can be navigated via keyboard.

Bug Fix: There was a bug where updating start and end times on time entry would not trigger an autosave. This issue is now resolved.

Bug Fix: There was a bug where Timesheet Override only showed the selected tasks from time entry. This issue is now resolved so all tasks are visible in Override.

ClickTime Version 10.02.0 includes the following updates:

Mileage Reimbursement Rate: The mileage reimbursement rate for 2025 was updated.

Time Off: There was a bug where managers with specific permissions attempting to edit a Time Off entry received errors. This issue is now resolved.

ClickTime Version 10.01.0

ClickTime Version 10.01.0 includes the following updates:

Integrations Page: The Integrations page within the ClickTime app was improved and redesigned. More information about ClickTime Integrations is also available here.

My Tasks: The My Tasks page was removed and the ability to select tasks was moved to an Options panel on Time Entry pages (available for users with task list controls disabled).

Timesheet Override: There was an issue where the “Add More Rows” button in Timesheet Override disappears if you add too many. This issue is now resolved.

Timesheet Approval History Report: The report preview image was added for the Timesheet Approval History Report. More information about reports is available here.

Time Entry: Custom Fields are now optional with auto-fill enabled.

ClickTime Version 10.0

ClickTime Version 10.0 includes the following updates:

Time Entry: Users have the ability to tab across entire rows within the time entry grid. Specific messaging for locked states was added.

Company Holidays: The annual Company Holidays list for 2027 was updated in the system.

Timesheet Approval History Report: A new company report was created that allows export of all timesheet approval history data, which is currently only displayed in the timesheet history popup.

Timesheet Override: There was a bug where start & end times were not editable when the timesheet owner is required to enter time with a stopwatch. There was also a bug where Company Holidays were locked from editing. These issues are now resolved.
