ClickTime Version 10.11.0

ClickTime Version 10.11.0 includes the following updates:

Report Studio:

Privileged Standard User: This feature allows standard users to receive subscriptions in Report Studio, without changes to their permissions in ClickTime.

Subscriptions: Users can create a new subscription to a report via the export menus in report detail, the More Info link on the report card from the main page, and the export icon on the report card itself.

The following issues were resolved:

  • Error received when editing an Excel subscription to be PDF
  • Managers unable to be given “Receive Report Studio Reports” permission

The following issues were resolved:

  • Users can now delete the expired portions of stopwatches on Day View.
  • Email Notifications from Time Entry Completion showed incorrect text in sender field
  • Time and timezone reverting back to 1am PST after making a change
  • The messaging on the sign in page for blank passwords was updated.

ClickTime Version 9.91

ClickTime Version 9.91 includes the following updates:

Expenses: Users can submit and unsubmit single expense sheets and change expense sheet status from the action menu. Enabling the “Only my approvals” toggle shows the corresponding expense sheets. The filter drawer was redesigned.

Resource Management: The option for budget alerts was clarified in the popup modal. Alerts are sent directly via email.

Bug Fix: There was a bug where managers may see a spinning loading screen when accessing time off balances. This issue was resolved. A manager who approves time off but does not have View People permission can now see balances on Time Off Detail.

Time Entry Completion: Navigation behavior between dates on the TEC Grid was improved. There is now an indicator to show that filters are active and how many.

Various enhancements and styling updates were made across the ClickTime Web App.
