ClickTime Version 9.44

ClickTime Version 9.44 includes the following updates:

  • Introduction of Resource Management – We are pleased to announce the release of ClickTime Resource Management, an enhanced version of our legacy Resource Planning module. While keeping functionality largely the same, we’ve included the following enhancements:
    • Increased application speed
    • Enhanced usability
    • Better visibility into month-over-month budget spend down

ClickTime Version 9.41

ClickTime Version 9.41 includes the following updates:

  • Timesheet Status & History Export  – This new report shows a detailed summary of timesheet status changes and associated information to improve organizational timeliness and compliance. It is available for companies with the Timesheet Approvals.
  • User Security & Permissions Export  – This new admin-level export of user security levels & permissions improves internal controls and visibility. This report is available to all companies with the Audit Trail module.
  • Bug Fix – The Excel export from the Customizable Data Export now properly formats Time Entry Comments that include tabs.

ClickTime Version 9.40

ClickTime Version 9.40 includes the following updates:

  • Deprecation of the My Timesheets Page  – The My Timesheets page has been deprecated. To continue reviewing your timesheets, navigate to the Mobile App, Timesheet View, or run the Horizontal Timesheet Report. You can also go to Week View to see an alert with a list of any rejected timesheets.

ClickTime Version 9.39

ClickTime Version 9.39 includes the following updates:

  • Support for up to 90 day Time Off Requests  – We are extending the maximum duration of a single Time Off Request from 30 consecutive days to 90. This is respected in the Web App, and will be supported in our Mobile app in an upcoming release.
  • Time off requests are now pre-filled with expected working hours – A new company preference allows a company to define the default hours per each day of the week in time off requests. These hours pre-fill the request form, but can be overwritten or cleared.

ClickTime Version 9.35

ClickTime Version 9.35 includes the following updates:

  • Company Dashboard Improvements – We’ve updated the Company Dashboard alerts to exclude project approvals for dates prior to a company’s “lock date” (which cannot be rejected or approved). For example, these pre-lock-date project approvals will no longer be included in Company Dashboard alerts about time waiting for your approval.
  • Project Approvals Updated – The Project Approvals page will now default to only show project time for dates after your company’s lock date. When choosing to view project time prior to your company’s lock date, a lock icon appears to identify which of the projects displayed are for dates prior to your company lock date.
