ClickTime Version 10.01.0

ClickTime Version 10.01.0 includes the following updates:

Integrations Page: The Integrations page within the ClickTime app was improved and redesigned. More information about ClickTime Integrations is also available here.

My Tasks: The My Tasks page was removed and the ability to select tasks was moved to an Options panel on Time Entry pages (available for users with task list controls disabled).

Timesheet Override: There was an issue where the “Add More Rows” button in Timesheet Override disappears if you add too many. This issue is now resolved.

Timesheet Approval History Report: The report preview image was added for the Timesheet Approval History Report. More information about reports is available here.

Time Entry: Custom Fields are now optional with auto-fill enabled.

ClickTime Version 10.0

ClickTime Version 10.0 includes the following updates:

Time Entry: Users have the ability to tab across entire rows within the time entry grid. Specific messaging for locked states was added.

Company Holidays: The annual Company Holidays list for 2027 was updated in the system.

Timesheet Approval History Report: A new company report was created that allows export of all timesheet approval history data, which is currently only displayed in the timesheet history popup.

Timesheet Override: There was a bug where start & end times were not editable when the timesheet owner is required to enter time with a stopwatch. There was also a bug where Company Holidays were locked from editing. These issues are now resolved.

ClickTime Version 9.99

ClickTime Version 9.99 includes the following updates:

Timesheet Override: Administrators and managers with appropriate permissions have the ability to edit someone’s Timesheet. This functionality has been redesigned in Time Entry.

Time Entry: Bugs with autofill, total calculations, and unexpected errors were resolved. The default widths of the Project and Task columns on Day View have been updated. The Time Entry Selection method was removed from Personal Preferences.

Resource Management Quick Filters: Resource Management users can apply Quick Filters, making it easier to focus on just the person or project they care about in the moment.

Resource Management Bug Fix: There was an issue where the filters toast covers the details modal on the Resource Management grid. This issue is now resolved.

REST API: The bypass locks option was added to the “DELETE /TimeEntries/{timeEntryID}” endpoint.
