ClickTime Version 8.90

ClickTime Version 8.90 includes the following updates:

  • We added the following REST API v2 endpoints for retrieving time completeness information:
    • /Reports/TimeSummary/Daily
    • /Reports/TimeSummary/Weekly

    Visit our REST API v2 documentation for more information on how to retrieve daily and weekly time completeness data.

  • We added more details when reviewing and drilling into a Project Approval request, including Client Name, Project Number, and Task Code.
  • We updated the look-and-feel of several email messages. This includes emails sent to newly added people and “reset my password” requests.

ClickTime Version 8.89 includes the following updates:

  • We added REST API v2 endpoints to support Expenses functionality. Visit our REST API v2 documentation for more information on how to retrieve, create, update, and delete Expenses.
  • Bug fix – resolved an issue with the Company Dashboard that interfered with adding the “Reports” panel.
  • Bug fix – resolved an issue with the “PATCH /Divisions” REST API v2 endpoint that could result in an error when no custom fields exist.

ClickTime Version 8.86

ClickTime Version 8.86 includes the following updates:

  • A new version of the ClickTime Connector for use with QuickBooks® (Desktop) is now available. If you already have a previous version installed, you’ll need to uninstall the old version and install QBFC version 13 prior to installing the new version. The installation steps and necessary downloads can be found by signing into ClickTime, click on the Company tab and select “Integration” from the navigation bar.

ClickTime Version 8.85

ClickTime Version 8.85 includes the following updates:

  • We added a warning message which displays to customers using IE11 to let them know their browser is no longer supported as was previously announced.
  • Bug fix – We fixed an API bug (SOAP, REST 1.3 and REST v2) where time entries were incorrectly allowed to be deleted when the person no longer had access to the associated project.

ClickTime Version 8.84 includes the following updates:

  • We deprecated support for the Desktop Application.
  • Bug fix – We fixed an issue affecting customers who authenticate with Single Sign-On (SSO), which prevented them from being able to use our mobile application.
  • Bug fix – We addressed an issue with the project popup from the Resource Planning grid, where a company’s custom term for Projects was not properly displayed.

ClickTime Version 8.83.1

ClickTime Version 8.83.1 includes the following updates:

  • Updated the “find and delete abandoned stopwatches in bulk” feature as follows:
    • Allow the deletion of stopwatches associated with inactive people.
    • When requesting to delete multiple abandoned stopwatches, if a problem occurs with one deletion, we won’t halt the entire process. We will now continue attempting to delete the remaining stopwatches in the original request.
    • Bug fix – We addressed an issue that prevented the deletion of some abandoned stopwatches.

ClickTime Version 8.83

ClickTime Version 8.83 includes the following updates:

  • Find and delete abandoned stopwatches in bulk. ClickTime has released a new feature which allows Administrators to clear abandoned stopwatches; unblocking you from inactivating people, clients, projects, and tasks.
  • Bug fix – We addressed an issue with a specific version of Safari, in which sending notifications from the Incomplete Time Entry report caused the person’s session to end unexpectedly.

ClickTime Version 8.82

ClickTime Version 8.82 includes the following updates:

  • We added a new Resource Planning report entitled “Resource Planning Budget Summary by Client.” This is similar to the existing Budget Summary report but groups monthly budgets by client instead of project.
  • Bug fix – We resolved a Resource Planning issue so the “exceeded allocations” warning appears properly.
  • Bug fix – Some reports, when viewed as HTML with the Chrome browser, showed a “Print” button that didn’t work. This button will no longer appear when using Chrome.
