ClickTime 8.04

ClickTime Version 8.04 is now live.

This release includes:

  1. The custom messages pages have had a visual refresh.
  2. The Payroll Export report has been updated to generate an XLSX report.
  3. Bug Fix – We fixed a minor issue with stopwatch time duplication.

ClickTime 8.03

ClickTime Version 8.03 is now live.

This release includes:

  1. All project managers can now access the project approvals drill down report.

ClickTime 8.01

ClickTime Version 8.01 is now live.

This release includes:

  1. Overtime Reporting – As part of our overtime initiative, two new reports have been added to provide visibility to time that is worked over 40 hours a week and over 8 hours a day.
  2. Bug Fix – Resource Planning. When adding a lifetime budget, the budget is added and the page reloads without needing to be refreshed or reopened.
  3. Bug Fix – Resource Planning. An issue with the budget rounding down in “budget left to work” column has been fixed.
  4. Bug Fix – Resource Planning. The hours to allocate style has been updated to include correct color highlights.

  1. Bug Fix – We resolved issues around Email “spoofing” – sending emails that look like they are from someone in the customer office when they are from the system.

ClickTime Version 7.99 is now live.

This release includes:

  1. Project approvals drill down – We now have an option to open details about the work that was completed on the project from the page where the project specific time is approved.
  2. Resource planning capacity planning – we now exclude inactive users from total capacity.
  3. Bug Fix – we resolved an issue with the stopwatch failing on certain empty rows.

ClickTime 7.97

The release of ClickTime 7.97 included a new Mobile Application, more intuitive Job drop-down menus, and various bug fixes. Here’s what’s new:

  1. New Mobile Application – A new version of the iPhone and Android Mobile was released with improvements for modern phone operating systems.
  2. Project Details drop-down – You can now type-ahead to find the appropriate Client option on the Project Detail drop-down menus.
  3. Bug Fix: Submitted By on Horizontal Timesheets (pdf versions) – The “Submitted by” field now appears in pdf versions of Horizontal Timesheets that were created in bulk.
  4. Bug Fix: Project Manager drop-down – The Project Manager options are now sorted alphabetically by name.

ClickTime 7.96

The Release of ClickTime 7.96 included upgrades to our API, the creation of a “No Currency” option, and other updates. Here’s what was included in the release:

  1. IE10 and older – We no longer support the usage of older versions of Internet Explorer on the Company, Resource Planning or Project Insights pages
  2. Google SSO – TechSoup customers can now use Google Applications Single Sign-On Methods
  3. No Currency option – We created a “no currency” or “n/a” option for organizations that do not want their amounts to be currency-specific
  4. Bug Fix: REST API – REST API 1.3 calls will now exclude inactive users
  5. Bug Fix: Report Builder – We addressed an issue where updates to the Report Builder format removed the date range from the report
  6. Bug Fix: Notification URL – We updated the URL included in some notification emails for companies using the dd/mm/yyyy format

ClickTime 7.95

The release of ClickTime 7.95 included additional backend updates to our REST API, a certificate update for our QuickBooks Connector, and some updates to automated emails. Here’s what’s included in this release:

  1. REST API – More updates were made to the backend of our REST API for future developments
  2. QuickBooks Connector – The certificate for our Connector was updated
  3. Custom Fields – The character limit was increased to assist companies that utilize this function
  4. Project Insights – We updated the remaining hours field to display more accurately
  5. Time Entry – We updated the page so clicking into certain fields no longer resulted in a client-side error
  6. Bug Fix: Timesheet Reminder links – An update was made so that links sent to companies using European date formats worked as intended
