ClickTime Version 9.68 includes the following updates:

Resource Management Bug Fixes:

  • The date picker in Resource Management was not navigating to the correct date when selecting a month in the past. This issue is resolved.
  • Previous search results on the Resource Management Filter Pop were still displaying after clearing filters. This issue is resolved.
  • The Resource Management Spreadsheet Export was previously not respecting filter settings. This issue is resolved.

Expenses Bug Fix:

  • The timezone of submitted expenses was displaying in Pacific time, rather than the user’s local timezone. This issue is resolved.

ClickTime Version 9.62 includes the following updates:

Resource Management Enhancement: The Resource Management Grid now displays $0 allocations. This matches what is seen in our API and Reports.

Expenses Module Bug Fixes:

  • Mobile-uploaded receipts were not displaying correctly in the web browser version of ClickTime. This issue is now resolved.
  • When clicking the link in the Paid Expense Sheet Notification Email, users will be directed to the My Expenses page with the specific expense sheet expanded.

ClickTime Version 9.60 includes the following updates:

Expenses Bug Fix: Users were experiencing a 404 error when clicking on the Expenses link within Payment and Expense Types. This issue is now resolved.

Customizable Data Export (CDE) Enhancement: CDE now supports Person Start Date and Person End Date. These options can be found in the “Advanced” section under “People”.

ClickTime Version 9.59 includes the following updates:

Expenses Module:

  • The CC Email Option has been added to the Submission window
  • Various bug fixes and enhancements

Bug Fixes:

  • Resource Management Grid: Issues with misaligned columns in the grid are resolved.
  • Time Entry Completion: Issues with not receiving email notifications and seeing results in the grid are resolved.
  • Customizable Data Export: Issues loading the CDE are resolved.

Company Export Reports:

  • The Leave Type and Employment Type Exports have been added under Company Reports (Miscellaneous section)
  • Updates have been made to the Job, People, and Resource Management Exports. These reports now utilize new ID structures and have additional columns.

ClickTime Version 9.45

ClickTime Version 9.45 includes the following updates:

  • Copy and Clear Individual Budgets and Allocations in Resource Management – Bulk Actions in Resource Management can now be taken on all people and projects, or only the specific people and projects selected in the current view.
  • Ability to Turn Off Allocations Information in Time Entry – Admins can now hide information about Resource Management Allocations from Day View and Week View. The new company preference is found in the Project Estimations section.
  • Sort Resource Management Projects by Person Allocation and Worked Columns – Selecting the Allocated and Worked headers under each Person in Resource Management allows you to quickly see all the projects that someone is available to work on, or currently allocated to. 
  • Addition of Totals in Project Budget Popup – Total Billings, Total Budget Remaining, and the average % of Budget Worked each month have been added to the Project Budget Popup in Resource Management. This provides information for better project planning and budgeting over time.
  • Bug Fix – Account Creation is no longer blocked for emails that include an apostrophe.
  • Bug Fix – Expense Export (beta) now correctly displays Project Numbers that include dashes.
  • Bug Fix – Typeahead search on Week View now locates projects with leading spaces.

ClickTime Version 9.14

ClickTime Version 9.14 includes the following updates:

  • Performance Improvements & bug fix – We resolved an issue that was preventing browsers from properly caching some static content.
  • Security Improvements – all non-secure requests (http) are now automatically redirected to be secure requests (https). Additionally, we now send HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) headers so that modern web browsers automatically know to always make secure (https) requests.
  • QuickBooks Integration – updated system requirements to reflect that QuickBooks Pro, Premier and Enterprise versions 2018 and newer are supported.
  • Bug fix – Fixed issue that prevented the approval of particular expense sheets.

ClickTime Version 9.13

ClickTime Version 9.13 includes the following updates:

  • NonProfit Setup Wizard – We made various improvements to the setup wizard for NonProfit organizations.
  • Time Off Requests – improved performance when making time off requests and approving them, especially for requests for longer periods of time.
  • Time Off Reports – Updated preview images for two time off reports that appear in “My Reports” under the Personal tab to clearly identify the images as showing sample data and not the logged-in person’s actual time off history.
  • SOAP – All requests to the SOAP API must now be made securely (https).
  • Bug fix – Fixed issues so that people who sign in with Single Sign-On (SSO) get returned to the appropriate SSO login prompt after signing out of the ClickTime web app.
  • Bug fix – Fixed issue in which a person was directed to the wrong page after clicking a link an Expense Sheet Approval notification email and authenticating using Single Sign-On (SSO).
