ClickTime Version 9.57

ClickTime Version 9.57 includes the following updates:

  • Company Holidays: Company Holiday Lists have been updated through 2025. See our documentation for more information.
  • Mileage Reimbursement Rate Update: The rate used to calculate deductible mileage expenses recorded in ClickTime has been updated for 2023. The IRS issued a new optional standard mileage rate of 65.5 cents per mile, effective January 1, 2023.

  • Resource Management Grid Filtering by Availability: Users with Moderate or Maximum Project List Controls can focus on actionable cells in the grid by filtering based on project availability.
  • Bug Fix: For DCAA accounts, a comment is now required when re-submitting a rejected timesheet on Week View.

Mobile Version 2.2.1

ClickTime iOS Version 2.2.1 includes the following updates:

  • Time Off requests can now be made for up to 90 days. In addition, the Time Off request form will now auto-fill based on the company’s settings for time off hours per day.

  • Fixed an issue where people who are configured as their own Expense Sheet approvers could not always load their Expense Sheets.

ClickTime Version 9.50

ClickTime Version 9.50 includes the following updates:

  • Bug Fix – Clicking the name of a Person or Project while setting up Resource Management filters would remove previously selected items. This issue is now resolved.
  • Bug Fix – “Hours left to work” was displaying on time entry pages when “Show planned allocations in time entry pages” was disabled. This issue is now resolved.
  • Bug Fix – The User Security & Permissions Export now displays the correct values for Project-Limited Managers.
