ClickTime 7.92

The release of ClickTime 7.92 included the ability to delete Time Off modifications as well as other front-end updates. Here’s what’s new in this release:

  1. Time Off Deletion – We now allow Administrators and Managers to delete Time Off Modifications they may have made in error.
  2. Time Off Accrual – Clear All – We implemented a new function that will clear an employee’s Time Off Accrual Model so Administrators no longer need to manually delete the fields. We also addressed a bug that prevented the Maximum Accrual amount from being removed.
  3. Job Detail Pages – Organizations that do not have Billing Rate Features enabled will no longer see options for Billing Rates on the Client Detail pages.
  4. Report Builder Custom Fields – We updated the Report Builder tool to display Custom Fields in a more obvious order.
  5. Bug Fix: February 29th – We addressed an issue that prevented users from selecting February 29th from the report date picker.
  6. Bug Fix: Time Off Detail – We addressed an issue that prevented the Time Off Detail pages for loading for employees with double-quotes in their name.

ClickTime 7.91

The release of ClickTime version 7.91 included back-end updates to the Time Off History pages as well as updates to our Approval process. Here’s what’s new in this release:

  1. Job Detail Pages – Organizations that do not have Billing Rate Features enabled will no longer see options for Billing Rates on the Job Detail pages.
  2. Project Manager Field in Customizable Data Export – The “Project Manager” field is now available when running a Customizable Data Export
  3. Bug Fix: Project Approval shortcut – The “Projects waiting for your approval” shortcut link has been updated
  4. Bug Fix: Report Logo Upload – We addressed an issue that was preventing organizations from uploading/changing their custom logo that displays on Reports.
  5. Bug Fix: Billing Goal Export Button – We addressed an issue that prevented the Billing Goal Progress Report from exporting to Excel as intended.

ClickTime 7.90

The release of ClickTime version 7.90 included updates to our new Project Approvals feature as well as various enhancements to our back-end permissions. Here’s what’s new in this release:

  1. Project Approvals Audit Log – We updated the Audit Log to more accurately track changes made to Project Approvals
  2. Start/End Times in Override – We added the ability to Administrators/Managers in Override Mode to change the end-user’s Start/End Time settings, streamlining the timesheet edit process.
  3. Permissions – The ability to approve or reject Project time was added to our back-end permissions
  4. Project Approvals Automated Emails – Managers who need to approve Projects will now receive an email when timesheets with their Projects are submitted for review.
  5. Bug Fix: “Timesheet Submitted by” text – We addressed an issue where the name/date of the person who submitted their timesheet was not displaying on the printed version of the timesheet.
  6. Bug Fix: Approve Timesheet Email links – We addressed an issue where the link included in emails was not leading to the correct timesheet in some situations.

ClickTime 7.89

The release of ClickTime version 7.89 includes our new Project Approvals function as well as other updates. Here’s what’s new in the first release of 2016:

  1. Project Approvals – We released functionality that requires time worked on certain Projects to be approved before the whole Timesheet is approved. Project Approvals are available for Enterprise Customers who currently use Timesheet Approvals that do not need to be DCAA Compliant.
  2. REST API 1.3 – Enhancements were made to our REST 1.3 timesheet actions.
  3. Sunset Older Pages – Older pages that were no longer linked to have been made permanently inaccessible.
  4. Bug Fix: Time Off Detail – We addressed an issue that prevented the Time Off Detail pages for loading for employees with double-quotes in their name.
  5. Bug Fix: Deleting Users – We addressed an issue that prevented the deletion or inactivation of certain users based on the status of their timesheet.

ClickTime 7.88

The release of ClickTime version 7.88 was primarily focused on releasing the new Employee Performance tool:

  1. Employee Performance – The new Employee Performance feature is available for Administrators. This tool is intended to give you more awareness on the work your employees have been doing, how much they’ve billed, and more! This is available to all ClickTime accounts.
  2. Display Update – We updated a few display issues that appeared in certain browsers with certain zoom levels.

ClickTime 7.87

The release of ClickTime version 7.87 includes updates to our Vertical Timesheet Report and other upgrades. Here’s what’s new in this release:

  1. Project Manager – We introduced a new field for “Project Manager” on all of the Project Detail pages. This is the first step towards our new Project Approvals feature.
  2. Project Insights Export – Various updates were made to enhance the Export options from our Project Insights Module.
  3. Display Updates – Several slight changes were made to the display of some pages.
  4. Bug Fix: Add Row – We fixed an issue where adding a row copied comments from the previous row.
  5. Bug Fix: Display of Custom Terms – We fixed an issue where custom terminology was not always displayed for some Projects on the Insights page.

ClickTime 7.86

The release of ClickTime version 7.86 includes enhancements to the Timesheet Review and Person Detail pages. Here’s what’s new in this release:

  1. Timesheet Review – We added an option at the top of the page so you can now easily switch between showing and hiding inactive people. Also, when shown, inactive people are now clearly differentiated from active people.
  2. Person Detail Page – The Billing Rates section is now hidden if your company disabled time billing features. We also now use native browser controls when selecting a division, employment type, or other field that provides a list of options to pick from. This resolves various issues including when the field you clicked on was near the edge of your browser window. Unfortunately, there is a known issue with the Safari browser which we are working on. For now, we recommend using Chrome or Firefox on a Mac.
  3. Project Manager – You can now assign a “project manager” for each of your projects.
  4. Project Detail Page – We restored a link to easily access your extended Project Structure for those organizations who break down projects into phases and sub-phases.
  5. Clients, Budgets and Allocations – A client may not be deleted if any of its associated projects have any Resource Planning or Project Insights data (e.g. monthly budgets, lifetime budgets or monthly allocations).
  6. Bug Fix: Timesheet Review – We fixed an issue for companies using a semi-monthly timesheet model that caused the current and next timesheets to be shown after setting the filter to “Current timesheet.”
  7. Bug Fix: Timesheet Submission Notification – We fixed an issue that prevented submission notification emails from being delivered when multiple email addresses were entered in the “CC” field.
  8. Bug Fix: New Employees – We resolved an issue which prevented new employees from submitting incomplete timesheets after an administrator said it was OK to do so.
  9. Bug Fix: IE 9 – Some UI issues with IE version 9 were resolved for a few reports in the “My Reports” area.

ClickTime 7.85

The release of ClickTime version 7.85 includes Project Insights along with enhancements to Resource Planning and the Timesheet Review. Here’s what’s new in this release:

  1. Project Insights – The new Project Insights feature provides insights into project and employee performance, and helps you optimize your business for maximum profitability. You’re also able to monitor a project’s profit, costs, and billings in real time.
  2. Resource Planning – We made a few improvements to the company monthly summary.
  3. Detail Pages – We made some visual enhancements to the pages for adding and editing people, clients and projects.
  4. Bug Fix: Timesheet Review – We fixed an issue that caused a person to always get emailed after his/her timesheet was approved rather than respecting the person’s email notification settings.
  5. Bug Fix: Timesheet Review – We fixed an issue with the “clear all” filters link after arriving on the Timesheet Review via a link on your Company Dashboard.

ClickTime 7.84

The release of ClickTime version 7.84 includes enhancements to Resource Planning, the Timesheet Review and the REST API. Here's what's new in this release:

  1. Resource Planning – We made numerous visual improvements including a redesigned company monthly summary. We also fixed an issue with the "Only Show Exceeded Allocations" filter.
  2. Timesheet Review – We implemented several visual improvements to the new Timesheet Review and fixed an issue that could cause your filters to reset after approving and rejecting timesheets.
  3. Detail Pages – We made various enhancements to the new pages for adding and editing people, clients and projects.
  4. REST API – You can now review, create, edit, delete and search for clients using version 1.3 of the REST API. If you're interested in building your own custom integration with ClickTime, check out our web services documentation.
  5. Change Password – We added an option to "Change my Password" to the Help menu.
  6. Bug Fix: Day View – We fixed an issue that prevented the editing of a timesheet entry when using Project List Controls and a person could enter time against more than 500 clients.

ClickTime 7.83

The release of ClickTime version 7.83 includes improvements to the Timesheet Review and Person Detail pages. Here's what's new in this release:

  1. Detail Person – We improved performance when retrieving long lists of potential timesheet and expense sheet approvers.
  2. Bug Fix: Timesheet Review – We fixed an issue with the date filters that affected customers with timesheets that start on Saturday.
  3. Browser Compatibility – We continue to support the most current versions of the most popular web browsers. This includes the recently released Chrome 45, Firefox 41 and Safari 9. Additionally, as we previously announced, IE8 and older are no longer supported for administrative functionality located under the Company tab.
