ClickTime Release Notes

ClickTime Version 8.71 includes the following updates:

• Bug fix – Addressed an issue that caused a few people to see an error when saving changes on the Person Detail page.
• Bug fix – Improved the messaging shown when updating Cost Rates for existing time entries to clarify that only unlocked time entries will be affected.
• Bug fix – The “Default Cost Rate” field on the Company Preferences page will now accept a value with a maximum of two digits after the decimal point.

ClickTime Version 8.68 includes the following updates:

• We added support for line breaks in Custom Messages on Time Entry screens.
• Bug fix – Fixed an issue with Internet Explorer that caused the “Add” button to not display on List Views.
• Bug fix – Resolved an issue entering text containing apostrophes into Custom Fields on Week View.
• Bug fix – Fixed an issue that caused the “complete” and “incomplete” icons not to display on Timesheet Review for people with minimum time-entry requirements
• Bug fix – Resolved an issue that prevented the success message from showing when adding or deleting Custom Fields.

ClickTime Version 8.43 is now live.

This release includes:

1. Updated the Swedish Krona symbol from “Sk” to “kr”.
2. Minor bug fixes and reporting tool updates.

ClickTime Version 8.42 is now live.

This release includes:

1. We’ve made performance improvements to the Login page.
2. Bug Fix – Fixed a bug in Resource Planning wherein filtering to only show columns where Projects/People have data by Clients was showing columns with no data.

ClickTime Version 8.41 is now live.

This release includes:

1. Bug Fix – Fixed a bug that caused Overtime Rules to display out of order on the Overtime Configuration page.
2. Bug Fix – Fixed a capitalization error in the Help drop-down menu.

ClickTime Version 8.40 is now live.

This release includes:

1. Bug Fix – Fixed the Time Off and Accrual Detail Report for companies using Leave Type Restrictions.
2. Bug Fix – Fixed the issue that caused the Project Approvals pop up not to load for certain managers.

ClickTime Version 8.39 is now live.

This release includes:

1. We’ve updated the Help drop-down that appears in the header with new links that point to our new Help Center, including FAQ’s and user guides.
2. Bug Fix – Fixed an issue with the Client Invoice report, where Expenses were not considered billed to a Job if the company refers to Tasks as billable/non-billable.
3. Bug Fix – Fixed a typo on the Integrations page.
4. Bug Fix – Fixed a bug that caused 2018 Company Holidays not to sort by date.

ClickTime Version 8.38 is now live.

This release includes:

1. We’ve made some performance improvements to reporting.
2. Bug Fix – We changed the behavior on the Company Holiday page so that when an admin creates a holiday in the next calendar year or later, the page advances to show that entry.
3. Bug Fix – We fixed an issue that caused the “Assigned People” tab of an Employment Type detail page not to load if assigned users had deleted tasks set as their default tasks.

ClickTime Version 8.37 is now live.

This release includes:

1. We’ve updated the managerial Billing Rate and Cost Rate permissions so that they can be granted independently of the permission to Run Reports. Learn more here.
2. Bug Fix – We fixed a bug with historical Billing Rate updates that caused changes not to be applied unless the date value changed.
3. Bug Fix – Improved performance on the User Detail page for companies that are using Project based billing rate models with a long list of Projects.
