ClickTime 7.4

We are happy to announce the release of ClickTime version 7.4 with improved single sign-on (SSO) options and enhancements to Resource Planning and the employee detail page. Here's what's new in this release:

  1. Single Sign-On (SSO) – Enterprise-level accounts can now sign in to ClickTime using SAML-based single sign-on (SSO) via OneLogin. Our new partnership with OneLogin lets ClickTime Enterprise users easily integrate with Active Directory.
  2. Design Preview of Employee Detail Page – Administrators can now edit managerial settings on the new employee detail page. Managers may now also use the new employee detail page.
  3. Resource Planning – We made it easier to filter people and projects by increasing the default selection window size and by remembering your selections while editing saved filters. You can now also set your company preferences to hide the "Non Allocated" project from Resource Planning. IE 8 users can now also view the lifetime budget chart.
  4. List Views – Billing rates and cost rates are no longer visible in people, project and task lists when viewed by managers who do not have permission to "view costs" or "view billing rates" in reports.
  5. Bug fix: New Projects – Fixed an issue when creating a new non-billable job for companies without Resource Planning and lifetime budgets enabled.
  6. Bug fix: DCAA – Fixed an issue that may prevent editing old time entries on a DCAA-flagged timesheet.
  7. Bug fix: Report Previews – Report preview images now display on the client and project detail pages.
  8. Bug fix: Week View – You can now properly view old timesheet entries that are associated with inactive types of time off.

ClickTime Mobile Updated for iPhones

We updated the ClickTime Mobile App to enhance support for iPhones with iOS 7. It also adds new single sign-on (SSO) options. Go to the iOS App Store and download the latest version — 1.1.216. Here's what's new:

  • Improvements for iOS 7
  • Support for iPhone 5 screen size
  • OpenID Single Sign-On (SSO) – you can now sign in using OpenID (Yahoo, AOL, etc.) in addition to your Gmail and Google Apps account

The new version of the ClickTime Mobile app works with iPhones running iOS 7 but does not yet work with iPads running the new operating system.

We are actively working on another update which will support iPads using iOS 7. Please take this into consideration before updating your iPads to iOS 7.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact us and let us know if we can assist you.
