ClickTime Version 8.79

ClickTime Version 8.79 includes the following updates:

  • We improved the messaging seen by timesheet approvers when attempting to approve a not-yet-submitted timesheet that contains time for a project which requires a special approval process. The messaging instructs approvers that the timesheet needs to be submitted first, in order to go through the proper Project Approvals process.
  • When adding a new person to your account, the person’s starting time off balance may now be set to a negative value.
  • Implemented the SameSite cookie attribute to protect against Cross-site Request Forgery (CSRF) exploit attempts.
  • Bug fix – Fixed an issue that occurred when printing the Employee Performance report. Printed reports now properly include shaded areas of the graph.
  • Bug fix – Fixed issues when editing a person’s details by preventing browser extensions like LastPass from filling in some fields.
  • Bug fix – We now prevent various bad characters from being used in custom terminology for Clients, Projects, Divisions, and Tasks. We no longer allow characters that could lead to problems, including square and angle brackets as well as single and double quotes.

  • Bug fix – Fixed an issue that caused the “People Allocations Summary” Resource Planning report to include Time Off under “Capacity.” The “Capacity” column in the report now correctly reflects the “Available Hours” in the Resource Planning grid for each person.

ClickTime Version 8.75

ClickTime Version 8.75 includes the following updates:

  • Bug fixes – Fixed filtering issues that may occur when running the Incomplete Time Entry report from the “Time Entry Completion” Dashboard panel.
  • Bug fix – On Week View, we removed an unusable link from the error modal that pops up when a Timesheet is submitted that doesn’t meet minimum weekly requirements.
  • Bug fix – Fixed a line break issue on the Custom Messages Detail pages.

ClickTime Version 8.73 includes the following updates:

  • Bug fix – We improved messaging when a timesheet can’t be approved because of changes to a project’s approval workflow requirement.
  • Bug fix – Fixed an issue on the Person Detail page so that the “Actions” menu options work properly on the “Billing Rates” and “Project Availability” tabs.
  • Bug fix – Fixed a Week View issue in which the “Unsubmit” timesheet button only worked the first time it was clicked.

ClickTime Version 8.71 includes the following updates:

  • Bug fix – Addressed an issue that caused a few people to see an error when saving changes on the Person Detail page.
  • Bug fix – Improved the messaging shown when updating Cost Rates for existing time entries to clarify that only unlocked time entries will be affected.
  • Bug fix – The “Default Cost Rate” field on the Company Preferences page will now accept a value with a maximum of two digits after the decimal point.

ClickTime Version 8.70 includes the following updates:

  • Timesheets can now be Submitted (or unsubmitted if necessary) directly from Week View. This is available for companies using a weekly timesheet model.
  • We improved performance when loading the Project List management page.
  • Bug fix – We resolved an issue to allow companies who use Company Holidays but not Time Off requiring approval to access the Company Holiday Time Off page.
