ClickTime Version 8.39

ClickTime Version 8.39 is now live.

This release includes:

  1. We’ve updated the Help drop-down that appears in the header with new links that point to our new Help Center, including FAQ’s and user guides.
  2. Bug Fix – Fixed an issue with the Client Invoice report, where Expenses were not considered billed to a Job if the company refers to Tasks as billable/non-billable.
  3. Bug Fix – Fixed a typo on the Integrations page.
  4. Bug Fix – Fixed a bug that caused 2018 Company Holidays not to sort by date.

ClickTime Version 8.38

ClickTime Version 8.38 is now live.

This release includes:

  1. We’ve made some performance improvements to reporting.
  2. Bug Fix – We changed the behavior on the Company Holiday page so that when an admin creates a holiday in the next calendar year or later, the page advances to show that entry.
  3. Bug Fix – We fixed an issue that caused the “Assigned People” tab of an Employment Type detail page not to load if assigned users had deleted tasks set as their default tasks.

ClickTime Version 8.37

ClickTime Version 8.37 is now live.

This release includes:

  1. We’ve updated the managerial Billing Rate and Cost Rate permissions so that they can be granted independently of the permission to Run Reports. Learn more here.
  2. Bug Fix – We fixed a bug with historical Billing Rate updates that caused changes not to be applied unless the date value changed.
  3. Bug Fix – Improved performance on the User Detail page for companies that are using Project based billing rate models with a long list of Projects.

ClickTime Version 8.36 is now live.

This release includes:

  1. Bug Fix – We are no longer returning the Employee Performance link on the People List View page if the column was removed from the view.
  2. Bug Fix – Implemented a fix for issue that caused users with no access to jobs not to be able to enter expenses.
  3. Bug Fix – Fixed a password field bug that allowed users to set a password they could not log in with.
  4. Bug Fix – Fixed the missing vertical scrollbar from the Notes section on Timesheet View.
  5. Bug Fix – Updated the Timesheet, Expenses, and Time Off Approver lists on the User Detail Page to always sort approvers alphabetically.
